Due to the success of the provision of Security Services, Opus has recently expanded to provide services which benefit businesses requiring cleaning services and facilities management. By supplying service teams at flexible times, Opus can satisfy the cleaning requirements of many locations in the South Wales area without disrupting usual trading hours. Cleaning can be provided as a regular service, or as a one-off intensive deep clean.
Commercial Cleaning
- Opus have teams deployed at various locations across the South Wales area providing Cleaning services, including Offices, Construction sites, Communal areas, Residential halls, Kitchen areas, Toilets etc. Opus promote the use of environmentally friendly products and are happy to support our clients' own environmental pledges by advising suitable cleaning materials and consumables.
Other cleaning services
which may be complimentary to standard commercial cleaning services including:
- Specialist Carpet Cleaning
- Exterior Litter Picks
- Window cleaning (exterior)
- High-level building cleaning. These can be arranged to be performed to schedule, for example bi-monthly or bi-annually.
Facilities Management
- Opus are able to supply services which manage facilities on commercial sites. These can include basic Building Maintenance and Repairs, Gutter and Drains maintenance, Interior Refurbishment and/or Painting & Decorating, Car Park/Walkway weather management (gritting / sweeps), Line painting for Car Parking.
Combined Services
- Opus can combine the supply of cleaning and security services for a reduced fee.
